What type of insulation do you use for the Hawaiian Coolers?
We use high tech foil insulation sandwiched in between lead free PVC and foam padding which offers the most effective insulation available on the market today for both hot and cold food.

What type of fabric are the Hawaiian made of?
Most of the coolers are made with durable 600D polyester which has a canvas feel to them. The bottle sacks are made with 420D nylon which allows the draw string to close tightly.

How long will the Hawaiian Coolers keep my food and drink cold?
Up to 10 hours with an Hawaiian Cooler Cool Ice Pack as long as the cooler compartment is not opened repeatedly.

Can you place hot items in the Hawaiian Coolers?
Yes, hot items should be placed in a plastic container first and then into the insulated compartment. It is not recommended that you mix hot and cold items together.

How long with the items stay warm in the cooler compartment?
Up to two hours as long as the cooler is not opened repeatedly.

How durable are the Hawaiian Coolers?
All the seams are reinforced with boxed stitching and bar tacking.

Can you use ice with the Hawaiian Coolers?
Ice may be used if it is first placed into a zip lock bag and then placed into the cooler compartment. Hawaiian Cooler Cool Ice Pack are highly recommended. Ice should not be placed directly into the cooler compartment.

Can you wash the Hawaiian Coolers?
Hand wash the interior and exterior with a mild soap and water. Do not put the Hawaiian Coolers in the washing machine.
