ABOUT US
The Hawaiian Cooler Company was established in 1989 and was the very first company in Hawaii to introduce soft-sided coolers. At that time the only coolers available in the market were hard plastic or styrofoam coolers. The first cooler brought into the Hawaiian Market was the H-1 Daypack Cooler. This cooler is a unique combination of a backpack and a cooler. The owners, Tim and Donna Wrath, have been perfecting the quality and performance of the product line for the past 20 years.
OUR PRODUCTS
Our product line consists of unique soft-sided coolers. Our coolers collapse and fold for easy storage and packing. We offer backpack coolers, collapsible coolers, lunch bags and bottle saks all with Lead Free PVC Liner. The Backpack Coolers and Collapsible Coolers have a folded-leak proof liner. Also available are neoprene can and bottle holders with original Hawaiian Petroglyph designs. To round out the product line we offer two sizes of gel ice packs called Cool Ice. The ice packs are Made in Hawaii.
QUALITY CONTROL
Hawaiian Coolers are manufactured in a tight quality controlled factory in Thailand. They are built to last, using only the finest materials available for optimum performance and style. Made with a combination of 600 denier polyester pack cloth and polyester solon fabric, both with double polyurethane coatings to enhance water repellence and durability. The inner cooler compartments are lined with durable Lead Free PVC to keep the contents hot or cold. Attention to details includes double stitching through the construction of each Hawaiian Cooler. An annual certificate from an international inspection company certifies that our PVC Liners are free of lead contamination.
Neoprene Can and Bottle Holders are manufactured in a large Taiwan factory. We also receive a certificate from the factory that ensures all ink and neoprene is lead free.
Cool Ice ice packs are produced here in Hawaii. The plastic bags are one mm thicker than other ice packs on the market. A MSDS Material Safety Data Sheet is provided to ensure that all Cool Ice is free from harmful chemicals and safe.

The Hawaiian Cooler Company can provide custom designs and private label orders for quantities of 500 pieces and up. We are manufacturers so we can create that special bag or tote for your specific needs. Logo application can be silk-screened, embroidered or embossed on a rubber logo patch.
